Carol's the women who started it all. With 27 years of experience in the lingerie world, she's the heart, soul, and steady hands behind Undercover Secrets. Her passion for helping people feel confidant and supported shines through in everything she does - whether it's finding the perfect everyday bra or guiding someone through pre- or post- surgical fitting with care and compassion. (Yes, she's certified with Amoena too - we don't mess around with fit!)

Carol's warmth, wisdom, and fierce dedication are woven into every stitch of this boutique - and if you've ever been fitted by her, you know she's the true bra whisperer.

The face behind the fittings and the feeds. Elisha is Carols daughter and has been working in this field for 12 years - basically she has grown up surrounded by lace, support, surgical fittings (certified by Amoena), and there's nothing she loves more than helping people feel empowered in their bodies (with a killer bra to match). From finding the perfect fit to curating our insta-worthy content, Elisha brings the energy, the expertise, and the sass.
